CALLING DOG LOVERS!
We are looking for volunteer dog walkers who can visit our shelter during our opening hours and take a dog or two out for a lovely stroll. Our doors are open to volunteers between 09:30-16:00. There is no fixed schedule. You can visit whenever you have a moment to share with the dogs.
Walking is excellent for the human and the dog; the dog gets some much-needed stimulation and attention, and the human gets some exercise. We have three coloured-coded routes for you to follow in the campo, with many sights and smells for the dogs. The shortest route takes around 20 minutes to complete. Please wear suitable footwear for walking as the terrain is uneven in places; flip-flops are not advised ☺️
