RUN FREE ROXY
Our thoughts go out to Roxy’s family ( you may remember her as Hope) as she has been put to rest. Two years ago, she left the shelter to go to her retirement home; as a senior, being in the shelter as an elderly dog is not ideal. Hope was really suffering at the shelter, so we appealed for a foster, and luckily, her plea was answered.
Sadly, in recent days, she became too poorly to continue, so she has crossed over the rainbow bridge to be pain-free and play with all her doggy friends. Her adopter gave her an amazing retirement home for which we are very grateful, and away from the shelter, she was a different dog. Alert, vivacious and full of life. She had the best end to her life she could have dreamed of. Run free, sweet girl.
