THANKS TO EVERYONE FOR ATTENDING OUR CAROLS BY CANDLELIGHT
At last, after 3 years in the long winter of Covid restrictions, we decked the tables of El Martillo with candles in hand-decorated jam jars and welcomed a jolly crowd of nearly 40 guests for a singalong of favourite carols and Christmas songs. You can view the event by clicking here.
A Huge thanks to Abi Fletcher (Head of Music at XIS) and her top student Dan for musical accompaniment; to Natalia and her team at El Martillo for being brilliant hosts; to helpers on the day Trish, Sharon and Josie, and special thanks to Nathalie for her support in so many ways including organising a Tombola.
Although this event was planned for fun, not as a fundraiser, people were very generous and contributed 140€ to our big project.
